The Girl Network is a platform open to anyone. Our content is directed towards anyone who can enjoy it or learn from it.
Although there is a clear gendered reference in our name, it is in no way our intention to reinforce a gender-binary view. Being a woman, a female, a girl … has as many definitions as there are people who identify as women. This directly implies that some topics will not be relevant for some women, and that some topics will be relevant to people who do not identify as women.
The core of The Girl Network challenges a patriarchal system that benefits only a very select group of people. We provide viewpoints and experiences by individuals for individuals through girl power, basic feminist education and female empowerment.
This is not only beneficial and relevant to women, so we encourage everyone to stop and think about the content we provide.
